A new way through a familiar world
We’re building GS Vitro around the pleasure of returning to Johto: following a path because it catches your eye, discovering a new teammate and finding something unexpected in a place you thought you knew.
That idea shapes the project’s open-world progression, expanded encounters and small improvements to everyday play. It is a standalone RPG Maker XP fangame for PC, with app-assisted options for mobile players.

Freedom with a familiar heart
Free Mode and adaptive levels change the shape of a playthrough. The region is still the heart of the experience: its towns, routes and sense of discovery. The aim is to give you more choice in how you travel through it.
Details that make a difference
Field Moves, quick healing, battle turbo and Pokegear tools make familiar routines easier. Expanded encounters and new Mega Evolutions create fresh possibilities for your team without asking Johto to stop feeling like Johto.
A focused first chapter
The first release covers Johto, with Spanish, English and French planned for the game. Kanto is planned for a later expansion. Our release page keeps the current status separate from future plans.
